Adolescence is a period when youths experience large physical and psychosocial changes. The movement education classes are tailored to such changes, allowing for adolescents to continually build confidence in their physical abilities in a fun and engaging manor. Maintaining games, challenges and exploration, the movement education class builds on these foundations to introduce more structured strength training to reduce the risk of injury in physical activity and to improve sports performance.
