The Youth Exercise Centre is here to facilitate an individual’s performance, improving the physical qualities need to be successful in sport. Reducing the risk of injury, guiding rehabilitation processes and optimising performance in sport are all paramount to the high-performance pathway. Our coaches are performance specialists who have trained, guided and supported young athletes on their pathway to becoming professional athletes. This class is the next step to preparing an adolescent athlete for academy, university, representative, and professional sport.
